Pastoral degree in Citykirken
How do you become a pastor in Citykirken Aarhus?
Citykirken emphasizes nurturing and development of leaders in all areas in society and in the church. In addition, we would very much like to help men and women who experience a call from God to lead the church to grow in their calling and service.
To be a pastoral aspirant in Citykirken, we expect that you have a personal belief in Jesus Christ, that you are an ambassador for our theology, vision and values, and that you are aware of your responsibility as a role model (1 Tim 4:12-14).

We have 6 focus areasthat we work on in leadership development. Leading a church requires faith, experience, character, skills and much more.
